Last November, a group of dedicated Rotarians who are part of the Action Group Rotarians against Child Slavery submitted an application to become an official Rotary Action Group. After an extensive review by both the Rotary International RAG Committee and the Rotary International Board of Directors, the application was accepted. Congratulations to the newest RAG!
Rotarian Action Groups (RAG) provide assistance and support to Rotary clubs and districts in planning and implementing service projects in their respective areas of expertise. They are autonomous, international groups organized by committed Rotarians, Rotarians’ spouses, and Rotaractors who have expertise in and a passion for a particular type of service.
